Billy Harrison has resigned as boys basketball coach at Conrad Weiser.
Harrison coached the Scouts for five seasons, taking them to the Berks Conference playoffs four times and the District 3 playoffs twice.
“It was not an easy decision, but the right one for me at this time in my career,” said Harrison, who will remain athletic director at Weiser.
He leaves with a 65-49 record.
The Scouts went 13-7 last season, finishing second in Division II of the Berks Conference.
Harrison’s best season came in 2017-18, when the Scouts went 16-11 and won games in both the Berks and district playoffs.
Harrison is the all-time leading scorer at Berks Christian, where he finished with 1,580 points.
