Wilson’s Violet Houck, Berks Catholic’s Brady Mider highlight All-Berks Track and Field team

Wilson’s Violet Houck is a three-way pick and one of 10 repeat selections on the All-Berks Track and Field team.

Houck was named in the 110 and 300 hurdles and as part of the Bulldogs’ 4×800 relay team. She was an All-Berks pick in the 300 hurdles last year as a freshman.

Other repeat picks among Berks girls: Muhlenberg’s Nadly Gyapong in the 200, Exeter’s Gabby Keith in the 1600, Gov. Mifflin’s Kaityln Highduch in the 3200, Schuylkill Valley’s Annie Gao in the long jump and Fleetwood’s Sophia Barrell-Kobryn in the javelin.
