Warwick tied the game on a tip-in in the final seconds of regulation and went on to beat Wilson 53-50 in overtime in a non-league game Thursday at Lititz.
The loss was the first for the Bulldogs (4-1). The Warriors improved to 2-2.
Wilson was the only Berks team to play Thursday; eight other games were postponed due to inclement weather.
Sophomore Madyx Gruber scored a career-high 19 points to lead all scorers; he hit 7-of-9 free throws.
Warwick used a 7-0 run to take a 44-40 lead with 3:47 left in regulation. The Bulldogs came back to tie it 44-44 on a putback by Ofure Odiale with 1:32 left.
The Warriors sent the game into overtime tied at 48-48 after Ya’Majesty Washington tipped in a missed free throw with 2.5 seconds left.
The Bulldogs scored only two points in overtime, on a basket by Cleveland Harding; he finished with 14 points.
Aidan Melograna, Wilson’s leading scorer, was held to a season-low nine points. He had scored 14 or more in every game. Carter Horst scored 16 points to lead the Warriors.
The Bulldogs played without senior guard Cam Jones for the fifth straight game. The all-division pick suffered a groin injury during football and has yet to fully participate in practice.
Wilson opens league play Tuesday with a crossover game on the road against Division I foe Twin Valley.
