List: Berks Players of the Year for each sport, 2024-25

Gov. Mifflin infielder and pitcher Bryce Detwiler is one of nine Berks athletes to repeat as Player of the Year for their respective sport.

Detwiler, a University of Connecticut baseball recruit, is one of six Mifflin athletes named Player of the Year in Berks, more than any other school. Wilson and Wyomissing each had four selections; Exeter had three.

Detwiler is among five boys to repeat as Player of the Year, along with David Giles (cross country) of Wyomissing, Davin Millisock (soccer) of Fleetwood, Chase Yenser (golf) of Daniel Boone and Alex Wodehouse (diving) of Wilson.

Four girls repeated as Player of the Year: Sophia Zeppos (soccer) of Wyomissing, Amaya Stewart (basketball) of Wyomissing, Valleri Addis (bowling) of Gov. Mifflin, and Emma Dougherty (swimming) of Wilson.
