Antietam Mounts
- Coach: Mike Green, ninth season, 108-100.
- Last season: 9-3 Berks IV, 12-7 overall.
- PIAA classification: 2A.
- Last District 3 playoff appearance/victory: 2021/2021.
- Key loss: Aidan Freese.
- Top player: All-division 6-1 senior F Hector Tiburcio.
- Key players to watch: 6-3 junior F Jovan Hollis, 6-3 sophomore F Josh McKoy, 6-2 senior F Alejandro Montero, 6-2 junior Noah Archambault, 5-7 junior G Carson Lubas,, 5-9 junior G Messiah Robinson, 5-10 junior F Jade Chambers.
- Outlook: Mounts were a couple minutes away from a division title last season. They should get it this time around. They have the premier player in the division in Hector Tiburcio and nice length throughout their lineup. Should make an extended playoff run.

Oley Valley Lynx
- Coach: Matt Barrell, ninth season, 53-108.
- Last season: 10-2 Berks III champ, 12-6 overall.
- PIAA classification: 4A.
- Last District 3 playoff appearance/victory: 2021/2007.
- Key losses: All-division G Matt Knowles, Wes McCalpine, Drew Rubendall.
- Top player: 6-1 senior G Danny Turchi.
- Key players: 5-10 senior G Joey Vaccaro, 6-1 senior F Ty Yerger, 5-11 junior G Chase Reifsnyder, 6-1 junior PG Jaden Kelly, 6-1 junior G/F Keith Neal, 5-8 junior G Ethan Gallardo, 5-11 junior G Chase Rubendall, 6-3 sophomore F Davey Turchi, 5-6 sophomore PG Johnny Turchi.
- Outlook: Lynx have a whole new look after winning first division title in 11 years. The senior core of that team is gone. Its top scorer, Danny Turchi, returns, along with an athletic mix that should again prove competitive in what looks like a tightly bunched division.

Tulpehocken Trojans
- Coach: J.D. Ricapito, fourth season, 20-44.
- Last season: 4-8 Berks III, 7-15 overall.
- PIAA classification: 3A.
- Last District 3 playoff appearance/victory: 2021/2007.
- Key losses: None.
- Top players: All-division 6-2 senior F Bryce Mellen, all-division 6-1 junior G David Bednarczyk.
- Key players: 6-0 senior G Chad Henning, 6-2 senior F Aidan Miller, 6-9 senior C Bradyn Erb, 5-6 junior PG Nolan Sweitzer, 6-1 junior G Noah Addis.
- Outlook: Trojans return their entire starting lineup, plus two of the division’s top scorers, from a team that cracked the district playoffs. Could challenge for a league playoff sport for the first time in years.

Brandywine Heights Bullets
- Coach: Dave Mosely, first season.
- Last season: 3-9 Berks III, 5-12 overall.
- PIAA classification: 3A.
- Last District 3 playoff appearance/victory: 2021/2020.
- Key losses: None.
- Top players: All-division 6-5 C Gunnar Wetzel.
- Key players: 5-8 senior G Mike Mammarella, 6-0 senior G Spencer Miller, 6-4 senior F Adam Lichtenwalner, 6-1 senior F Chris Gauby.
- Outlook: The Bullets return most of their starting lineup after missing the playoffs for the first time in three seasons. Dave Mosely takes over after the departure of head coach Ryan Wehr following eight seasons and three playoff appearances.

Kutztown Cougars
- Coach: Craig Mogel, third season, 8-33.
- Last season: 2-10 Berks III, 3-16 overall.
- PIAA classification: 3A.
- Last District 3 playoff appearance/victory: 2019/2019.
- Key loss: Marlon Creech.
- Top player: All-division 6-0 senior G Xavier Goodman.
- Key players: 6-0 senior G Grant Fitzgerald, 6-0 senior G/F Dalton Furst, 5-11 senior G Braedyn Schuler, 6-1 senior F Carson Sheetz, 6-4 junior C Andrew Fleming, 5-9 sophomore G E.J. Miranda-Gracia, 6-3 junior G/F Myles Schmidt.
- Outlook: The Cougars have plenty of experience back, but not much size. Have a chance to move up in a division full of closely matched, mostly unproven teams.
