Mustangs update: Have set a program record with 11 wins. . . Opened season 9-0 before falling to Steel-High 53-34 in Mid-Penn Capital championship game. . . Fell behind 27-0 in that loss. . . Before this season program had won just two district playoff games; it has matched that this year by beating Schuylkill Valley (45-21) and Lancaster Catholic (63-20). . . This is just the second championship game appearance; lost to Manheim Central in 1993 Class AAA title game. . . Most impressive win came in Week 4, 40-14 over Trinity, which last week beat Annville-Cleona in the District 3 Class 2A championship game. . . Wyomissing beat Trinity 35-14 in Week 3. . .
