The fourth-seeded Mustangs (16-8) will play third-seeded Wilson back at Santander Arena at 6.

Mayo took an outlet pass after a missed free throw and dribbled the length of the court to put in the game-winner. She fumbled the ball briefly near the 3-point circle, recovered, then drove to the basket and scored with 0.6 seconds left.

The Mustangs trailed 38-36 with three minutes left after back-to-back 3-pointers by Caraline Herb and Caroline Reedy gave Berks Catholic (19-5) the lead.

They trailed 40-37 after Reedy hit both ends of a one-and-one with 34.8 seconds left.

Shyanna Mayo’s putback, after Shakyla’s missed 3-pointer with 9.6 seconds left, cut Berks Catholic’s lead to one.

The Saints missed the front end of consecutive one-and-ones in the final 21 seconds, the second setting up the game-ending scenario.

Taylor Koenig led Mifflin with 15 points. Reedy had 12 for Berks Catholic.
