Conrad Weiser’s Logan Klitsch is Wyomissing Physical Therapy Offensive Player of the Week
Wyomissing Physical Therapy Offensive Player of the Week
It’s safe to say Logan Klitsch left a lasting impression at Conrad Weiser, especially with the final game of his career.
The senior quarterback threw four touchdowns and for a career-high 399 yards in his final game, earning Wyomissing Physical Therapy Offensive Player of the Week honors.
Klitsch set Berks records with 36 completions and with 52 attempts in the Scouts’ season-ending 49-35 loss to Big Spring in a District 3 Class 4A first-round game a Robesonia. He also ran for one score to set another county record.
“Logan is an incredible athlete with such a competitive drive to succeed,” said Conrad Weiser coach Alan Moyer. “This kid has a motor that does not quit!”

The Dartmouth recruit owns practically every passing record in program history and leaves as one of the top passers in Berks history. His 399 yards Friday are fifth-most in Berks history. He finished the season with 2,562 yards, second-most in Berks history. His career total of 5,167 yards is third-most in Berks history.
His 167 competitions on the season are third-most in Berks history; his 344 career completions are third-most. His 67.6 percentage completion rate for the season is second-highest; his career completion rate of .623 is tied for second-highest ever. His 51 TD career passes are fourth-most.
The 6-3, 190-pound Klitsch led the Scouts in rushing with 691 yards and set a Berks record for quarterbacks by scoring 20 touchdowns.
“We obviously have gotten a lot of mileage out of Logan, and it has been a pleasure to coach such a fine athlete,” Moyer said. “This is a result of a lot of hard work. Coach (Brett) Skovera (the Offensive Coordinator) has invested a lot of time with Logan and it has certainly paid off.”
The only Weiser record Klitsch doesn’t own outright is for 1,000-yard passing seasons. He shares that, at three with Tom Wenrich. Klitsch moved into the Scouts’ starting lineup in the third game of his sophomore season.
Klitsch earns Wyomissing Physical Therapy Offensive Player of the Week honors for the second time this season. He was also selected in Week 4 after he threw for 316 yards and rushed for 145 yards and four scores in a 52-38 win.
