Week 5: Fearless Friday Football Forecast (updated with results)

As usual the Fearless Forecasters are lined up solidly behind Exeter, Twin Valley, and Wyomissing this week, with each of the 12 soothsayers predicting a win for the Berks team.
Slam dunk picks, right?
Well, that’s what we thought last week when all 12 Forecasters picked Garden Spot to top Cocalico. It didn’t; in fact, the Spartans didn’t even score.
Two tough calls this week have the Forecasters scratching their collective heads: Berks Catholic at Lancaster Catholic, with six votes for each, and Manheim Central at Conrad Weiser, with the Scouts getting the hometown lean by a slight 7-5 margin.
Each week, MikeDragoSports.com staff writers, photographers, and contributors, along with Mike Gross and Jeff Reinhart of football partner LNP/Lancasteronline, will pick all the Berks games, along with other selected other Lancaster-Lebanon League games.
We’ll keep standings and the Forecaster with the most points at the end of the season will get a (relatively) big prize!
Each correct pick earns one point; if a Forecaster “doubles down” on a Berks team and is correct he gets two points. Each Fearless Forecaster can “down double” on a team only once during the regular season (and once again during the postseason)
