Hempfield’s 20-16 win over Wilson last season at Gurski Stadium snapped the Bulldogs’ 16-game winning streak in the series. The Black Knights scored a touchdown with 17 seconds left and went on to win the Lancaster-Lebanon League Section 1 title.
Hempfield has not beaten Wilson in back-to-back seasons since 1993 and 1994.
Wilson leads the series 38-11. Tonight marks the 50th meeting.

Matt’s father Roger was the Muhls’ head coach from 1977-79. Matt played for John Yocum.
