Among them is Daniel Boone grad Nate Millard, a freshman selected as a second-team punter.

The second team includes a pair of Exeter grads: Sean Henry, a sophomore placekicker at West Chester, and Matt Feeney, a redshirt sophomore linebacker at Shippensburg.

Kutztown’s other first-team picks: running back Darryl Davis-McNeil, an Abington grad; offensive tackle Devin Hannan, a Belle Vernon grad; offensive guard Parker Zimerofsky, a Pottsville grad; center Albert Glasgow, an Archbishop Wood grad; defensive end Kyle Sapp of Rancocas Valley Regional, N.J.; linebacker Amani Justice of Salem, N.J.; and safety CJ Brown of Coatesville.

Kapp set career bests with 47 catches for 916 yards and nine TDs and ranks sixth in receiving yards and tied for ninth in TD catches on KU’s single-season lists.

Kapp topped 100 receiving yards four times, including a career-best 170-yard, two-TD performance against No. 5 Shepherd. He finished the year with eight catches for 155 yards and the game-winning TD at No. 9 Slippery Rock.

In three seasons Kapp caught 122 passes for 2,190 yards and 22 TDs. He ranks third all-time in receiving yards and tied for fourth in receiving TDs at the school.

Millard is the second straight Kutztown punter to earn All-PSAC East accolades. His 40.0 punt average ranked third in the PSAC. He also had kickoff duties and was good on 3-of-3 extra points.

He was an All-State pick at Daniel Boone.

Henry emerged as one of the league’s most prolific kickers while handling punts and kickoffs for the Golden Rams. He made 14-of -19 field goals and converted 29-of-31 extra points. His 14 field goals are third-most in program history; his 19 attempts are fourth-most. He was 3-for-3 from beyond 40 yards and 6-for-6 from under 29 yards. He made his last seven consecutive field goal trys.

Feeney led Shippensburg in tackles (99) and tackles for loss (19). That’s the most tackles for loss since Jake Metz, who also recorded 19 in 2012. He finished the regular season tied for eighth in Division II in tackles for loss and set a Shippensburg single-game record with 6.5 tackles for loss in a win at Bloomsburg Sept. 24.
Feeney also finished the regular season sixth in the PSAC and 25th in Division II in tackles per game (9.2).

Henry and Feeney were each All-State picks at Exeter.

There were no selections on the West team with Berks connections.
