Berks Catholic is one of three programs with seven or more consecutive District 3 Tournament championship-game appearances. The Saints reached a title game every year from 2013-2019. Manheim Central has the record with 10 straight title-game appearances; Bishop McDevitt played in seven straight.

Wilson is tied for second with 31 overall District 3 Tournament appearances, along with Cumberland Valley. Manheim Central is making its record 35th appearance. Wyomissing is the only other program with 30 appearances.

Manheim Central set a District 3 record by winning 10 straight championships, from 1992-2001. Bishop McDevitt won six straight, from 2010-15. Wyomissing can become just the third program to win five straight if it wins this year.

Bishop McDevitt has more victories (62) than any other program in the District 3 Tournament. Manheim Central (61) is second, followed by Cumberland Valley (50), Wilson (42) and Wyomissing (40).

The No. 1 seed has won the District 3 Class 4A championship 19 times in 38 tournaments, including the last three. The lowest seed to win was No. 8; that was Lampeter-Strasburg in 2019.
