Tyler Shuey needs 68 yards to top Matt Deibler’s career passing yards record (3,855) at Hamburg. Shuey already owns records for passing TDs in a season (25) and career (34); passing yards in a season (2,762); and completions in a season (170).

His passing efficiency rating (165) would establish a program record.

Schuylkill Valley’s Logan Nawrocki is completing 71.6 percent of his passes, well above the program record of 54.2 percent. His passing efficiency rating (201) is far above the program record (168).

Nawrocki, a senior and three-year starter, already owns program records for career passing yards (3,908) and career touchdowns passes 48.

Kowen Gerner needs two touchdown receptions to break the program record of 19, established in 1972 by Jan Gauby.

Gerner, an all-league receiver as a junior, set a single-season record last year with 11 TD catches; he has seven this season.

Evan Myers owns Twin Valley records for passing yards in a season (1,498) and career (5,151); completions (361) and attempts (636) in a career; and touchdown passes in a career (39). He’s completing 64.2 percent of his paces, in position to break the program record (.593).

Daniel Boone is looking to snap the longest losing streak in program history when it plays Donegal tonight at Brazinsky Field. The Blazers have dropped 14 straight – the final seven games last season and the first seven this season. Prior to this season, the longest losing streak in program history was nine.

Boone has never lost to Donegal; its last win in the series came in 2011.

Donegal was unable to finish its game last week at Twin Valley; it trailed 49-0 at the half and opted not to come out for the third quarter due to mounting injuries.
