Fourteen wins and a run to the PIAA Class 4A championship game set a new standard for Twin Valley and led to the Raiders’ domination of the 2025 BCIAA All-Berks football team. Drew Engle was named Player of the Year and the Raiders garnered five of the seven major player awards, as well as Coach of the Year for Brett Myers.

Engle, who set multiple program rushing and scoring records, was also named Offrensive Back of the Year. Teammate Greyson Miller was named both Offensive and Defensive Lineman of the Year. Lucas Myers was named Linebacker of the Year.

Wyomissing’s Justice Hardy, a junior, repeated as Defensive Back of the Year. Muhlenberg’s Michael Miller Jr. is Receiver of the Year.

Hardy is just the second player to twice be named Defensive Back of the Year; the first was Muhlenberg’s Troy Bollman in 1998 and 1999.

Brett Myers, in his fourth season at Twin Valley, is the first Berks Coach of the Year from his program. Engle is the Raiders’ first Berks Player of the Year, as well as their first Offensive Back of the Year.

Greyson Miller becomes the second straight Twin Valley player named Defensive Player of the Year; last season it was Carter Fauble. Miller is the first Raider named Offensive Lineman of the Year since Matt Kier in 1998. Lucas Myers is Twin Valley’s second Linebacker of the Year, and first since Eric Skiles in 2009.

Engle and Greyson Miller are among six two-way first-team picks, along with Wilson’s Michael Glover and Jaiden Carpenter, Exeter’s Joel Ummarino, and Governor Mifflin’s Patrick Steuer.

Hardy, at defensive back, is one of just three repeat picks, along with Muhlenberg running back Cameron Small and Wyomissing linebacker Tyler Niedrowski.

Wilson had six first-team selections, Twin Valley and Exeter had five each and Wyomissing had four.

The team was selected by members of the Berks County Football Coaches Association.
