Diamond Credit Union Lineman of the Week
Tight ends are hybrid players: Part lineman, part receiver.
It’s a tough combination of mental and physical skills but Conrad Weiser’s Josh Pazdrick has the right mix to be effective at both.
He had a big night both blocking and catching the ball in the Scouts’ 52-38 win over Fleetwood Friday and has earned Diamond Credit Union Lineman of the Week honors.

“Josh has elevated his level of play this year at tight end,” said Weiser coach Alan Moyer. “He is physical, allowing us to set the edge in our run game, and has proven to be a dangerous receiver as well. He’s a nice-sized target in our pass game.”
Pazdrick, a 6-3, 200-pound senior, had four receptions for 94 yards, including a 34-yard touchdown reception as part of the Scouts’ 316-yard passing attack.
Only Aanjay Feliciano, with 153, had more receiving yards.
On the other end of his job he helped paved the way for 267 rushing yards, and 588 total yards.
He helped quarterback Logan Klitsch run for 145 yards and four TDs, and Cole Rothermel gain 76 yards on 16 carries.
