1
Wilson has not gone without a section title in back-to-back seasons since 1990-91 and has not gone without a championship of some sort in back-to-back seasons since 1983-84. In 1990 the Bulldogs finished second in Section 1 of the Lancaster-Lebanon League but captured the District 3-AAAA championship.

2
A win Friday over Columbia will give Hamburg three straight winning seasons for the first time in the program’s 55-year history.
The Hawks were 7-4 in 2021, Jeff Chillot’s only season as head coach, and 9-3 last year, in Matt Hoffert’s first season.
Hamburg is 6-3 this season and expected to make the postseason.
3
Exeter is 8-1 this season and 45-12 over the past five seasons. That’s the best five-year stretch in program history.
With one more win the Eagles will have three straight nine-win seasons for the first time in their 66-year history.
4
Wyomissing will make its 10th straight District 3 appearance, easily the longest active streak in Berks. Exeter, Twin Valley and Wilson are next in line; each will make its third straight.

The longest district playoff drought belongs to Muhlenberg, which hasn’t made the District 3 Tournament since 2013.
5
Junior Evan Johnson topped 1,000 rushing yards last week, giving Twin Valley a pair of 1,000-yard rushers in the same backfield for the first time.
Sophomore Drew Engle reached the milestone a couple weeks earlier.
The Raiders had just three 1,000-yard rushers in their first 27 seasons.
