10 Questions with Conrad Weiser senior Ben Browne, presented by UECU
Ben Browne
Senior linebacker
Q: What’s your favorite special teams unit to play with?
My favorite would have to be kickoff. There is nothing like the feeling at the start of a Friday night and running down the field and getting to hit someone full force.
Q: If only one of these could happen, which would you pick: The Phillies win the World Series or the Eagles win the Super Bowl?
I would like to see the Eagles go to the Super Bowl. I watch football way more then I watch baseball because I understand what’s going on.
Q: Which teammate would you least like to face in a real game?
It would have to be Sevon (Parham) because when he runs the ball and lowers the boom you just know he going to hit you with a lot of force.

Q: What’s your favorite class in school right now?
Culinary arts. This class is so great because we make food and get to eat the food we make.
Q: What is the worst football-related smell?
It would have to be when someone doesn’t wash their girdle after a game and leaves it hanging in their locker.
Q: Which TV shows are at the top of your DVR automatic-record list?
Every Eagles game and every Flyers game, just in case there is a good fight to rewatch.
Q: Who’s your favorite super-hero?
Thor, because he is the only one who can lift the hammer and he’s just a badass.
Q: Other than your home field, what’s your favorite stadium/field to play?
The Pit at Reading High.
Q: Who’s the high school player you most looked up to when you were a kid?
When I first got on the team as a sophomore I looked up to right away to Logan (Klitsch). He was a great leader and was always there if I had questions, and he was such a great athlete.
Q: If you could use a “lifeline” during a critical moment of a close game, who would you call for help or advice?
I would call Coach (Alan) Moyer. He always has something good to say in the huddle before we go to the field to get us ramped up.

“10 Questions” is presented each Wednesday throughout
