Twin Valley’s Maverik Foster, the only starting quarterback in the Lancaster-Lebanon League not to throw an interception, has ascended to the top of the league’s passing efficiency leader chart.

Foster, a sophomore and first-year starter, has completed 71.4 percent of his throws, also tops among qualified passers.
Two highly efficient passers didn’t qualify for the leaderboard because they haven’t attempted enough passes to date.
Exeter’s Jake Hafer, who didn’t become the full-time quarterback until Week 3, has a 207.6 efficiency rating, which would rank No. 2. He has attempted 38 passes over six games, just below the minimum standard.
Wyomissing’s Brady Eisenhower, a sophomore and first-year starter, is completing 80.8 percent of his passes, with nine touchdowns in just 26 attempts. He has a 285.3 efficiency rating.
Passing efficiency leaders are based on the NCAA formula, which incorporates completion percentage, yards-per-attempt, percentage of touchdown passes, and percentage of interceptions. Minimum: 7 attempts per game.
