10 Questions with Hamburg’s Cameron Harris, presented by ATT Sports, Inc.

Each Wednesday MikeDragoSports.com goes one-on-one with a Berks football player to find out what’s on his mind — on the field and off.

Presented by ATT Sports, Inc.

Cameron Harris, Hamburg

Senior safety and wide reciever

Q: What’s your biggest motivation for success?

My my desire to go to college and play football at the next level.

Q: What will you dress up like at Halloween?

I’m dressing up as Woody from “Toy Story” and my girlfriend is dressing up as Jessie.

Q: Who’s the most under-rated player on your team?

Tyler Davey (a senior wide receiver). He only started playing football a few years back but ever since he has been on the team he never fails to “Moss” our starting defense at practice.

MK4 Supra

Q: If you win the Megamillions jackpot what’s the first thing you buy?

I would first buy a MK4 supra. It has always been a car that stood out to me as a dream car.

Q: Which teammate would you least like to go head-to-head against in a game?

I would not like to go against our fullback, Tristan Baer. He is a big, aggressive runner who always falls forward.

“Homicide: Life on the Street.”

Q: Which class in school is even more interesting than football practice?

I take virtual courses that apply to my future career as a homicide detective. The one I have, “Introduction to Law and Security,” is even more interesting than football.

Q; You can play a round of golf with anyone who ever lived. How do you fill out the rest of your foursome?

Danny Duncan, Brian Dawkins, and Deestroying.

Q: Knowing what you know now, what advice would you give to freshmen Hamburg?

Make the best of every day because when you are always focused on just trying to get through the day time moves right past you and before you know it it’s all over.

Q: You’re in charge of the lunch menu at Hamburg. What’s the first thing you add? And the first thing to go?

The first thing I add is a Chick-fil-A sandwich.

The first thing I get rid of is the spaghetti.

Q: What’s your favorite football memory?

Throughout youth football our team did not lose a single game, and the last year we were in the championship game. It was played on Kutztown University’s field and was broadcast on the radio. As a kid that feeling was unforgettable and I knew that it was something I wanted to keep doing.

10 Questions, presented by ATT Sports, Inc., appears each Wednesday on MikeDragoSports.com throughout the 2021 football season.
